Give Your Old Web Log Ideas a Fresh Angle

Introduction
Building a Catholic web log or web site sometimes leads many into a glut of old ideas. When this suddenly becomes an issue and more awareness of it is realized, then this may be one of the reasons why visitor traffic to the web log is not progressing or maybe even going down a bit. If this is the case, then one strategy is to present the old ideas from fresh angles, viewing it from a different perspective, and also maybe even consider associating it with a popular title of a song, poem, movie, book or advertisement.

Stick to the knitting
Giving old ideas a fresh look and providing a new angle does not mean departing from what essentially made the old or original idea work in the first place. For the visitor traffic that was used to how the old idea looks like or how it works, they would just as usual continue to patronize the web site - though not as enthusiastically as they did when they first stumbled upon it. But if web administrators would continue to stick to the knitting, producing content and posts that are founded on the "old" concepts and ideas, and add more ideas that follow along the same line but use a different "angle" or "perspective", then not only will the familiar subscribers and visitor traffic continue to revisit the site, but it will also open an opportunity to tap a new market sector.

Attracting another market sector
When we give our old and original ideas a fresh "twist" or a new angle for visitor traffic, then we can tap this new market sector - a market sector which may have not noticed our web log or web site in its "old" look when they first saw it. They may have been aware of it at "first browse", but because how it appears to this market sector does not appeal to their visual senses nor to their modern tastes, then they may just pass over our web log or web site. However, when we re-"present" our basic and foundational ideas with something that will not only attract their attention but also give them something that they will find useful, then our "new-styled packaged idea" can capture the market sector at this opportune time. In the internet, and in all things related to business or life, timing is one of the essential factors in the journey to arrive at a solution or to obtain success.

Do not leave your visitor traffic or subscriber base behind
In the desire to progress and to move on, it is still wise to take things in steady and surefooted strides. With a regular cadence and rhythmic advance, the visitor traffic to our web log or web site will not lose sight of our lead. If we move to fast, they will surely lose sight of where we have headed. This is dangerous because losses will be incurred on both sides: the subscribers will lose track of where they are going and the web administrators will lose a lot of patronage from well-meaning and loyal visitor traffic and subscribers. It is important to stick to our knitting by keeping close to our visitor traffic and subscribers: telling them of what is going on, where the web site is headed, and what will happen on such and such a date. The success of a Catholic web log or web site that seeks to build a "window on the world" to form Catholics to have contemplative insights into world events depends on: how the web administrators stick to the knitting; how customer email servicing keeps close to the customers, and how content and posts continue to touch the hearts and lives of families and individuals and inspire them to aim for spiritual maturity and a better quality of Christian life.
